Training Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the purchase and delivery of all training courses, certification programmes, and digital products (“Training Services”) provided by Ethyx AI Ltd, trading as ETHIQ AI (“we”, “us”, “our”). By purchasing or enrolling in any of our Training Services, you confirm your agreement to these Terms in full.

  1. Our Training Services

We provide CPD-accredited online courses, certification programmes, and digital training products. All courses are self-paced and delivered online via our course platform. Full details of current courses, pricing, and payment options are available at ethiqai.co.uk. CPD accreditation is provided through The CPD Certification Service.

  1. Booking and Payment

Purchases are made via our official checkout, hosted on our website or course platform.

Full payment is required at the point of purchase unless a payment plan has been selected at checkout.

Payment plans are available for Level 2 (3 Ă— ÂŁ432/month) and Level 3 (3 Ă— ÂŁ832/month). By selecting a payment plan, you authorise us to collect the agreed instalments on the dates specified at checkout.

All fees are quoted in GBP (pound sterling) and are subject to applicable VAT.

Course access is granted once full payment, or the first payment plan instalment, has been received and confirmed.

We reserve the right to suspend access if a payment plan instalment is missed. We will contact you before taking this step.

  1. Cancellations and Refunds

Digital products and self-paced courses

For digital products and self-paced courses (including Get Your AI In Order), a 14-day refund is available provided you have not yet accessed any course materials.

Once you have accessed any content, the refund window closes. This applies to video lessons, downloads, templates, and any other digital materials.

CPD certification courses

A 14-day cooling-off period applies from the date of purchase, provided you have not yet accessed any course content.

Once course materials have been accessed, all sales are final. No refund will be issued.

If you are on a payment plan and wish to cancel within the refund window, you must contact us before accessing any content. Cancellation of a payment plan after the refund window has closed does not entitle you to a refund of amounts already paid, and the remaining balance becomes due.

If we cancel

In the event that we withdraw a course or are unable to deliver it, you will receive a full refund of all amounts paid. We are not responsible for any third-party costs incurred, including travel, accommodation, or software subscriptions.

To request a refund, contact us at [email protected] within the applicable refund window.

  1. Transfers and Substitutions

If you are unable to continue with a course, you may request a transfer of your enrolment to a future cohort or intake, subject to availability. Requests must be made in writing to [email protected].

Transfers are not guaranteed and are considered at our discretion.

Course access is personal to the individual who enrolled. You may not transfer your login credentials or course access to another person.

For corporate or team bookings, substitutions may be permitted with prior written notice. Please contact us to discuss.

  1. Intellectual Property

All course materials, including but not limited to video lessons, written content, templates, frameworks, workbooks, and the ETHIQ AI Framework, remain the intellectual property of Ethyx AI Ltd.

You are granted a personal, non-transferable licence to access and use course materials for your own professional development and internal business purposes only.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, sell, or publicly share any course content without our prior written permission.

Use of ETHIQ AI course content or frameworks in commercial training, workshops, or consultancy services delivered to third parties requires a separate licensing agreement. Please contact us to discuss.

On completion of a course, graduates are licensed to display their ETHIQ AI certificate and digital badge as evidence of their qualification. This licence does not extend to reproducing or adapting course content.

  1. Participant Expectations

Participants are expected to engage with course content honestly and in good faith.

Assessments and portfolio projects must represent your own original work. Submitting work that is not your own, or using AI tools to generate assessment responses without disclosure and genuine personal input, may result in disqualification and removal from the programme without refund.

If you participate in any community spaces, live sessions, or group elements associated with our courses, you are expected to behave professionally and respectfully at all times.

We reserve the right to remove any participant from a course for conduct that is disruptive, disrespectful, or in breach of these Terms. No refund will be issued in these circumstances.

  1. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to treat as confidential any proprietary or sensitive information shared in the course of the training relationship.

We will not share your personal or business information with third parties without your consent, except where required by law or necessary to deliver the service (for example, processing your payment or issuing your CPD certificate).

Course content, frameworks, and materials are confidential to enrolled participants and must not be shared with non-enrolled individuals or published publicly.

  1. Course Outcomes and Disclaimers

Our courses are designed to provide high-quality, CPD-accredited professional development. We make no guarantees as to specific business outcomes, earnings, or career progression as a result of completing any of our courses.

Application of learning and results depend on your individual circumstances, the context in which you work, and the effort you apply.

Course content is intended to be strategically and operationally useful, but does not constitute legal, financial, or regulatory advice. Where formal professional advice is required, you should seek it independently.

We are not liable for any loss or damage arising directly or indirectly from your participation in or use of our Training Services.

  1. Technology and Access

Our courses are delivered online. You are responsible for ensuring you have a suitable internet connection, device, and browser to access course materials.

We are not responsible for technical issues on your end that prevent or limit your access to course content.

Course access is provided for the lifetime of the platform unless otherwise stated. In the event that we discontinue a course or platform, we will give reasonable notice and, where possible, provide an alternative means of access to materials you have purchased.

Login credentials are for your personal use only and must not be shared.

  1. CPD Certification

CPD certificates are issued on successful completion of the relevant assessment for each level. Details are on each page.

Certificates and digital badges are issued in your name as enrolled and cannot be transferred or amended after issue.

ETHIQ AI courses are CPD Certified by The CPD Certification Service. We cannot guarantee acceptance of CPD hours by any specific professional body or employer, as this is determined by the relevant organisation.

  1. Data Protection and Privacy

We are committed to handling your personal data responsibly and in accordance with UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018.

Information collected during booking and course delivery is used to provide the service, issue your certificate, and communicate with you about your enrolment.

We do not sell or share your data with third parties for marketing purposes without your explicit consent.

Full details of how we handle your data are set out in our Privacy Policy, available at ethiqai.co.uk.

  1. Amendments and Updates

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Any material changes will be communicated by email or posted on our website.

Your continued enrolment in or purchase of our Training Services following any update constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

Course content, pricing, and structure are reviewed regularly and may be updated. Where significant changes are made to a course you are already enrolled in, we will notify you directly.

  1. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.

Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
