Here’s the thing almost nobody’s saying out loud.
The opportunity was never that businesses aren’t using AI.
The opportunity is that they are using it, and most of them have absolutely no system around it whatsoever.
ChatGPT accounts everywhere. A few automations bolted on. Someone in the team quietly generating content nobody’s checked properly. Enthusiasm running well ahead of anything resembling a plan.
That gap, between businesses adopting AI and businesses actually knowing what they’re doing with it, is the biggest opportunity in the market right now. And it isn’t closing on its own.
Somebody’s going to be the person who helps close it. Over the next three days, free, live, I want to show you why that person could be you.
Why this is happening right now
I’m not going to bury you in statistics, because most AI content does exactly that and it’s boring. But a couple of things are worth knowing, because they’re the reason this window exists at all.
of AI-using UK businesses have any formal or informal AI policy or guidance in place.
not yet realised
UK government research finds businesses using AI are seeing productivity gains, but most haven’t seen the revenue gains yet, limited skills and expertise are consistently named as the reason why.
Awareness of AI regulation remains patchy at best, and AI-literacy obligations are now enforceable in the EU, with new transparency requirements starting to apply here too. Put plainly: businesses need people who can answer questions more sophisticated than “which AI tool should we use?”, and there genuinely aren’t enough of those people yet.
Somebody’s going to be the person who helps close this gap. Over the next three days, I want to show you why that person could be you.
Save My Free Spot →The gap in one table
| Businesses currently have… | Businesses increasingly need… |
|---|---|
| ChatGPT / Claude accounts | AI strategy |
| Random tools | Tool evaluation |
| Staff experimenting | AI literacy |
| Automations | Workflow judgement |
| AI-generated content | Transparency |
| Client data going into tools | Data boundaries |
| “We use AI” | Governance |
| Prompt libraries | Repeatable methodology |
| Enthusiasm | Risk awareness |
| Productivity gains | Commercial outcomes |
That’s not a list of things businesses want to buy. That’s a list of things somebody is going to get paid to provide. There are five gaps hiding inside that table, and over the three days I’ll show you exactly how to spot them in your own business or a client’s: adoption, integration, governance, trust, and commercialisation. You don’t need to know how to fix all five yet. You need to know how to see them, because seeing them is the whole first step.
What the three days actually look like
We destroy one assumption together: that the AI opportunity is about becoming an AI expert. It isn’t. It’s about becoming the person who can help a business get from random AI usage to useful, responsible implementation. You’ll walk away with the AI Opportunity Gap Audit done on your own business or a client’s, and a straight answer to “where’s the biggest gap here?”
This is where we deal with “but I’m not technical enough to work in AI”, because that belief stops more capable people than almost anything else. We’ll work through Existing Expertise × AI Capability × Responsible Practice = New Commercial Value, and you’ll leave with your own AI Opportunity Intersection: one sentence that starts “I could help ___ businesses use AI to ___ without ___.”
Not “become an AI consultant”, which is too vague to sell and too vague to buy. You’ll build your first AI Opportunity Offer: who has the problem, what isn’t working, what AI could improve, what has to stay human, what needs protecting, and what’s actually commercially valuable.
And then, that evening, everything comes together at the live masterclass.
If you’re a consultant, coach, marketer, VA, strategist, designer, trainer, OBM, agency owner, HR consultant or operations person who already has real expertise and real clients, and you know AI is part of your future but you’re not sure what the actual paid service looks like, this was built for you.
You do not need to be technical. You do not need to have “an AI business” already. You just need to be curious enough to spend 30 minutes a day for three days finding out where you fit.
This isn’t a free Facebook challenge where you post a selfie doing today’s task and get told AI is going to change your life. It’s a proper business intensive: three focused sessions, a genuine framework, and an outcome each day that builds on the last.
If you’re after hype or a shortcut to “AI consultant, £27k by Tuesday”, this probably isn’t it, and honestly, that’s not what I teach.
About Hali
I’m Hali Jafari, founder of ETHIQ AI®. Everything I teach comes from real client work, not theory. My whole position on AI has always been the same: reject the hype, reject the panic, keep human judgement at the centre, and treat ethics as something you practise, not paperwork you file.
That hasn’t changed. What’s changed is how much commercial value sits behind doing it properly, and that’s exactly what these three days are about showing you.

What people say after working with Hali
I went to Hali’s Spring Cleaning for AI workshop and honestly, the timing couldn’t have been better. My AI had started bringing up things I mentioned over a year ago, and it just felt off.
Hali showed us how to properly clear the memory, organise everything, and actually get the AI to work so it reflects where you are now, not where you were a year ago. The way she teaches is what made it though. It’s really grounded, really clear, and she doesn’t make you feel stupid if you don’t know something.
Soph Newman Soul Coach & Astrologer
I loved Hali’s talk about AI, especially the reference to the gender gap. For me personally I loved the validation that just choosing one tool is the right thing for me, because we can easily convince ourselves we’re not doing enough.
Hali told us it’s not the tool, it’s the input that’s important. Anything and everything AI related, I know I will just come straight to Hali and I can silence the rest of the noise that’s out there. Now I feel reassured, confident and excited about how much more efficient my tools can support me and my business.
Dani Devren The Soul-Aligned Mentor
I had no clue what I didn’t know, and now I know a little bit. No wonder I was getting frustrated with the slop it was turning out, there was a whole lot of slop in the background that I didn’t know anything about.
Hali stopped me from making mistakes in my business using AI, and she didn’t make me feel like a knob while she did it. She is my AI guru and you’re gonna need to listen to her.

Omg Hali. You were absolutely epic. I am an energetic person and it’s imperative to me that other speakers have the same energy to keep the vibe high in the room.
Your talk was a mixture of incredible value but also incredible emotional connection, to help what you were saying to people land. I can’t thank you enough, you were amazing.

Common questions
Do I need to be technical or already “into AI”?
No. If you can use ChatGPT or Claude for basic tasks, you have more than enough to start. What matters far more is your existing expertise in your field, that’s the part most people underrate.
Is this actually free?
Yes, completely. No card required at signup. On the evening of Day 3 I’ll tell you about the next step for anyone who wants to go further, my Certified Practitioner Programme, but there’s no obligation to buy anything, ever.
What if I can’t make a session live?
Show up live if you possibly can, because each day builds directly on the one before and the live energy genuinely helps. If you miss one, the replay will be up inside the group for the three days the challenge runs.
Will this suit my industry?
This is built around a way of thinking about AI and business, not a specific sector. It’s worked for people across consulting, coaching, marketing, training, operations and agency work. If you serve clients or run a service business, it applies.
I already use AI tools a bit, isn’t this too basic for me?
This isn’t about learning what a prompt is. It’s for people already using tools like ChatGPT or Claude who want to turn that into something structured, credible and chargeable. If that’s where you are, you’re exactly who this is for.
By the end of it, you won’t just know more about AI. You’ll know exactly where you fit into it, and what you could build from here.
