Built around The ETHIQ Framework. For UK founders, social enterprises, CICs, charities, and consultants who use AI in their business and need to stop winging the governance bit.

YES, I NEED THIS →

The problem you're sitting on...

You're using AI in your business. So is your team. So are the tools you already pay for, whether you realised it or not.

Your inbox suggests reply drafts. Your CRM scores leads. Your meeting tool transcribes calls. Your design app generates copy. Your scheduler optimises slots. Half of this is AI you never agreed to use, and most of it is touching client data.

Nobody has told you what to do about any of it.

And right now, this works. You're getting away with it. The clients don't ask. The trustees don't push. The procurement form doesn't appear.

Until it does.

The ICO is already enforcing AI rules through existing data protection law. The UK statutory AI Code of Practice came into force in May 2026. The EU AI Act's high-risk regime lands on 2 August 2026 with fines up to €35 million or 7% of global turnover. Procurement teams are starting to ask AI governance questions on standard due diligence forms.

If you can't answer those questions calmly, in writing, with documentation you could send the same afternoon, you have a problem you don't know about yet.

If you've just completed the AI-Ready Self-Audit

This is the course it pointed you to. Each module maps directly onto a section of the audit. Whatever your weakest area was, that's the module you start with.

What you'll have by the end of the week

Not theory. Not knowledge. Actual documentation, in your business, that holds up if anyone formally asks.

✓  A complete AI tool inventory. Every tool, every team member, every feature, on one page.

✓  A use case log. Every meaningful AI use in your business, classified by risk, with the human review step documented for each.

✓  Written data hygiene rules. Specific to your business. Short enough that your team will actually follow them.

✓  The Governance Pack. A short, defensible policy document you could send to a client, trustee, funder or insurer the same afternoon they ask.

✓  A review schedule. The calendar reminders and triggers that keep the pack alive instead of letting it rot.

By the end of the course, when someone asks "what's your AI policy?" the answer is no longer a panic. It's an attachment.

What's inside

Module 1  ·  The 30-Minute AI Inventory

If you can't list it, you can't govern it.

Most founders get to four tools, then pause. The real number is usually nine to fourteen. This module catches the three buckets people miss: AI features hiding inside tools you already pay for, tools your team uses on your behalf, and the ones you trialled three months ago and forgot you were still paying for.

You'll finish with: a complete tool inventory, saved into a new AI Governance Pack folder.

Module 2  ·  Use Case Classification

The risk isn't in the tool. It's in the use case.

Two founders use ChatGPT every day. One drafts her own emails. One screens client enquiries. Same tool. Completely different risk profiles. This module classifies every meaningful AI use in your business as low, medium or high risk, and records a specific human review step for each one.

You'll finish with: a use case log that proves you've thought about every AI decision you make.

Module 3  ·  Data Hygiene Rules

Most data leaks happen at the keyboard, not the cloud.

Not from fancy hacks. From a screenshot of a chat where someone pasted in a client document with full names, addresses, and bank details, by people who were trying to be helpful. This module gives you the five non-negotiables that never go into an AI tool, the settings on ChatGPT, Claude and Gemini that actually matter, and the 10-second hygiene habit your team will actually follow.

You'll finish with: written rules, the right tool settings, and a one-page data hygiene one-pager.

Module 4  ·  Building the Governance Pack

If it's not written down, it didn't happen.

By the end of this module, the answer to "please attach your AI policy" is: this. A short, specific, defensible document, not a 40-page corporate template nobody reads. Six sections: your position on AI, your tool register, your use case log, your data hygiene rules, your acceptable use note, and your review log.

You'll finish with: a Word and PDF version of your Governance Pack, ready to send.

Module 5  ·  Living With It

Keep the pack alive without it becoming a chore.

Most AI policies fail not because they're written badly, but because they're written once, filed somewhere, and never opened again. Six months later they describe a business that's already moved on. This module gives you the four triggers that should make you open the pack, the twice-yearly 20-minute review, and the three things in the wider world worth watching.

You'll finish with: a calendar reminder set, a review cadence in place, and the pack staying defensible.

This is for you if:

  • You're a founder, freelancer, consultant or operator using AI in your business
OR you work in or with social enterprises, CICs, charities, or any organisation handling sensitive data or vulnerable people
  • You've started getting AI governance questions on procurement forms, or you can feel them coming
  • You want a defensible AI policy you've actually written, not a corporate template you've never read
  • You'd rather get this right calmly in 78 minutes than scramble to fix it under pressure

This is not for you if:

  • You want to be told AI compliance is somebody else's problem
  • You're looking for another tool recommendation
  • You want a 200-page legal document. This is operational governance, not legal advice.
  • Your business doesn't use AI and isn't going to. (If that's true, you wouldn't be reading this anyway.)
YES, I'M IN! →
I'm Hali Jafari. I've spent years building AI systems for business owners. Real businesses, real clients, real consequences when the foundations aren't right.

I've watched a CIC director put sensitive client data through a public AI model because nobody had told her the risk. I've seen founders automate the very things that made their business human. I've talked clients out of decisions that would have cost them commercially and legally.
ETHIQ AI is an independent UK provider of CPD-accredited AI certification, built around The ETHIQ Framework and designed specifically for non-technical business owners. Not for tech teams. Not for developers. For founders, consultants, and organisations who need to use AI properly.

Get Your AI In Order is where the framework becomes a system in your business. You can keep doing this on your own, in spare hours, with mismatched advice from the internet. Or you can spend 78 minutes building it properly, with the templates already done, and have something to show for it by the weekend.

Stop guessing. Get it in order.

Wherever you are with AI right now, the next 12 to 18 months get harder, not easier. Clients are going to start asking. Procurement teams already are. Trustees and funders will follow.
